Abstract


Advances in information technology, the emergence of new technologies faster and faster, as Moore's Law describes as IT new technologies continue to emerge beyond the range of professional competence for general corporate IT technology chase is becoming cumbersome, and dispersed its business energy;, IT technology and operations combined with the ever closer integration of IT applications and business operations has become an important means for enterprises to build competitive advantage.
