Abstract


In our practice, human resources management has gradually become theconsensus of the enterprise management, and knowledge management is alsogradually becomes in the business management a development trend andeffective tool, but can really system of knowledge management of theenterprise can be counted on one’s fingers.In order to realize the scientific style small and medium enterprisestrategic objective, not only in the field of human resource managementapplication of the corresponding management theory to staff in the realizationof their value at the same time to help the development of enterprises, but alsowith knowledge as the core, based on the knowledge management andapplication, enhanced tissue using knowledge and innovative ability. Moreimportant is the need for the human resources management theory and ways topromote the development of knowledge management in enterprises in China totake root, create innovative small and medium sized enterprises. Therefore,how to base on human resource management and knowledge managementtheory and methods, to solve our country science and technology small andmedium-sized enterprise development problems, so as to enhance theinnovation capability and core competitiveness, become us the main task thatmust study.The research on analyzing the human resource management andknowledge management on the basis of the theory, clarifies the humanresource management and knowledge management and internal relation and insome aspects of test consistency, discussed manpower resource management tothe knowledge management role. Combined with the current knowledge in themanagement of domestic small and medium-sized science and technologyenterprises within the development present situation, points out suchenterprises in the knowledge of the differential, collection, sharing, and protected by the existing problems, and then use the human resourcesmanagement theory and methods, puts forward the strategy to solve theproblem: in the management of human resources through the thought ofknowledge management; use of human resources management to create thescientific knowledge management mechanism; construction of knowledgedifferential mechanism, enhancing enterprise knowledge differential ability;the establishment of an effective incentive mechanism for human resources,gathering and sharing of knowledge; learning type enterprise cultureenvironment, storing and updating of knowledge; to establish a goodmechanism of flow of resource of manpower, protection of enterpriseknowledge.
