Abstract


Along with the rapid development of china’s economy and more and more economic entities appear. The scale of companies have been expanded and inter-enterprise competition has been more intense. So single companies have formed a group to improve the competitiveness and viability. With rapid expansion of the scale and increasing number, group enterprise of China are facing fierce market competition, which will bring great challenges to the management of group enterprises. Therefore, it is important for us to study the group enterprises. The characteristics of group enterprise are that they have a large scale and many subsidiaries with complex management and irrelevant business. So that it is the key to make full of advantages of management.Otherwise it will not achieve the advantages of group effect, but will result in waste of resources of the group. It is very meaningful to design a reasonable control mode to manage the subsidiaries well and make the efficient allocation of resources come true. This paper take CMC Group as a case to explore a reasonable management and control mode for CMC Group to improve it by analyzing the development of CMC Group and its Management issues. The article is divided into six parts, the first chapter introduces the writing background, research significance, the framework; the second chapter introduces the group control theory of knowledge, focusing on analysis of the current popular of the three control mode that financial control, operation management and strategic management; the third chapter analyzes CMC group management present situation and the existence question; the fourth chapter elaborates the construction of new management mode of CMC group thinking, and puts forward the suitable its own control mode; the fifth chapter in the above analysis is derived on the basis of CMC group should adopt the mixed control mode of the conclusion, and on how to implement the new management mode and puts forward series the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, the sixth chapter is the full text of the summary.
