Abstract


Tourism is the 21st century, the fastest growing emerging industries. However, as is currently one of the three pillar industries of tourism travel agency , 90 percent are small travel agency , which is the industry's often said that \Travel small and large quantities determine the characteristics of the highly competitive nature of the tourism market , the development of small and medium sized travel agencies brought great challenges. As small and medium tourism enterprises emphasis on human resource management , lack of relevant theoretical guidance , poor management , resulting in poor quality small travel agency services , the problem of high rate of brain drain , which is caused by the sustainable development of travel extremely adverse impact . China's current development of theoretical research on travel mostly focused on the latest development , the current and future development trend, in which there is a problem , etc., with particular emphasis on the overall industry analysis and research , the lack of development of small and medium sized travel agencies have various problems of research, especially in small and medium tourism enterprises human resources . This paper combines human resource management employee motivation theory , international travel in the analysis of A Human Resource Management Based on the characteristics of , and through employees conducted a questionnaire survey of existing employees incentives to reveal problems . Then , the travel agency proposed to be adopted effective incentive mechanism , and how to use these incentives to the formation and stability of an excellent staff , so that in the fierce market competition in an invincible position . This study has concluded not only for the enterprises to cultivate and retain qualified personnel , with good talent , improve the competitiveness of enterprises , with some guidance , but also for small and medium sized tourism enterprises brain drain management has a certain reference.
