Abstract


With the development of society, the small and medium sized enterprises gradually break away from small and all-inclusive production mode and join into the ranks of socialized production, thus the management to supplier has become a very important part of the enterprises’daily work. Supplier management relates to many aspects, including product quality ensurance, timely product availability ensurance and the production cost control, therefore how to manage the suppliers, making suppliers to be the enterprises’partner and establish the win-win cooperation have become the important issues of the normal operation and steady development of the enterprises.As a small and medium sized enterprise, the suppliers and supplier’s scale of TJZL company are relatively few, therefore, they have not set up a complete supplier management system, but only gradually improve and continuously revise their original system according to the historical experience, initially formed existing supplier selection schemes, and just directed towards the existing suppliers. Along with the further development of the enterprise, the problem of the defectiveness of the supplier management system is gradually revealed.This paper analyzes and researches the existing enterprise’s suppliers and supplier management schemes. Linking with the mature theory and the successful case analysis, combining with the actual situation and considering the future development of the enterprise, this paper inclines to establish a set of comparatively perfect and suitable supplier management system for the enterprise from the aspects of supplier development, supplier selection, supplier evaluation, supplier assessment, supplier relations management and etc. with the help of reducing the production cost, improving the production efficiency, increasing the market competitiveness and promoting the enterprise development.
