Abstract


In recent years,how to develop the rural economy and agriculture and the farmers how toimprove the living standards have been the chief problem of China’s socialist modernizationconstruction,the party and the country attaches great importance.Development of rural economyneeds financial support,but the current financial supply shortages,inadequate competition,lowcoverage problem widely exist in the rural areas in China.These problems have seriously hinderedthe development of rural economy in our country.Therefore,we are in the development of ruraleconomy at the same time,be sure to speed up the reform of rural financial system,graduallyimprove rural financial service system,to break the traditional competition pattern,to create a newrural financial service way, according to the demand characteristics of rural areas to establishsuitable rural financial institutions,to provide strong financial support for the construction ofChina’s new rural.In2007the first rural bank is established in sichuan,it has the milestonesignificance,it provides a new financing channel for "agriculture, rural areas and farmers",China’srural financial development has been injected new vitality.Rural Banks have been more than sixyears of development, the team are growing,development speed is also faster,It founded by thebeginning of the range of6pilot provinces, and spread to the country31provinces, autonomousregions.By late February of2013,our country has been established more than1400rural Banks.Rural banks are keep in good health,stable development trend,for the construction of ruralfinancial system has very important significance in China.This paper starts from the present situation of rural banks operating in China,and summarizesthe current village Banks which are facing the main problems in the process of development, byusing AHP analysis method,analyzed the main factors that affect the ability development of villageBanks, and learn from the successful experience of foreign rural bank mode, based on this,itproposed countermeasures to China’s rural banks sustainable and stable developmentThis paper is divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction, mainly introduced theresearch background, research purpose,research significance and research dynamic problems;thesecond part first defines the concept of village banks,next it briefly introduces the characteristicsof village banks,and expounds the theoretical basis of this study,including the theory of financialdeepening, rural financial market theory, imperfect competition theory, rural financial theory;thethird part and the fourth part is the main body of the article,the third part introduces the presentsituation of the development of village banks, according to the present situation,the papersummarizes the main problems existing in the rural bank;the fourth part through the method of dataanalysis and investigation of the influencing factors of rural banks development ability,then use the analytic hierarchy process to carry out empirical study,we can conclude that the development ofinnovative financial products and services play a decisive role for the sustained and stable ruralbanks;the fifth part introduces the development status of foreign rural bank, on the basis ofsummarizing experience for development of rural banks in our country;the sixth part, on the basisof the study above, put forward some suggestions in order to promote development of rural bank inChina. For example,rural banks to continuous innovation of financial products and services,theintroduction of talents and improve the overall quality of employees.
