Abstract


Growth stage of the Binhai New Area, located in a large volume of rail transit asthe backbone of the "transit city." The government-run social and economic benefitsfor the ultimate goal, to rely on rail transportation planning to build "multi-group -network" city structure, accelerate the formation of public transportation systems,scientific planning of land development value of land revenue balance of rail transportconstruction funds, the activation of regional economic development around thestation area, the formation of regional economic linkage of development.This paper has a good momentum of development of Binhai New Area,construction of rail transportation, the urgency of the public transportation system toenhance and accelerate the need for joint development of regional economy, and breakthe deadlock in orbit purpose of construction funds, focusing on domestic andinternational cities and to study the orbital Traffic around the site of the theory andpractice of land use and absorb valuable experience, combined with the actual BinhaiNew Area, from the business point of view of rail transport hub around the sitedevelopment plan land use elements of rail line in Tianjin Binhai station Z2 domainsurrounding land use and development planning programs in the implementation.Qualitative and quantitative analysis which mainly describes the station area UrbanDesign program at the same time, explore the Binhai New Area Rail TransitInvestment and Financing, the "rail + property" development model, first put forwardthe recommendations of the first trial and to face and solve several problems.
