Abstract


The semiconductor equipment base technology program and process parameters for the study of the means to improve the quality of semiconductor equipment base , reduce product obsolescence rate of research objectives , experimental studies on the basis of the traditional process , riser , cold iron critical process optimize the casting process, to ensure that the quality of the semiconductor equipment base to meet the standard requirements ; design base casting process specification of complex semiconductor devices . Through the process of accreditation of product quality , the indicators meet customer requirements . The main systematic analysis of the technical and quality problems common in the sand casting process , and the cause of the problem solution and to achieve . This research and analysis from the following aspects : (1) sand casting the formation and structure : First , the relationship between metal punching and influencing factors , the temperature field and metal casting solidification of different ways , the contraction of the alloy and influencing factors , expand the analysis of the casting process . (2 ) sets out the sand casting process, through the actual process steps and characteristics , analysis of the defect formation mechanism and the generation process . A detailed analysis and discussion of the formation process and preventive measures especially for major common defect shrinkage and loose holes , slag and other defects . ( 3 ) further detailed study of semiconductor equipment base of sand casting foundry processes, statistical tools combined with actual production experiments , process control layer do not currently casting failure defects . And casting process of product quality through experimental analysis . (4) sand casting process optimization and improvement . The first experimental design methods to track product quality , and relevance of contrast and process control ; based failure analysis of the sand casting process characteristics and shrinkage , completely solve the problem of product quality , customer satisfaction and timely shipping rates . By sand casting process optimization and improve the design of the equipment , and the failure of control of complex semiconductor devices sand casting process defects , in order to achieve optimal energy efficiency .
