Abstract


This paper focuses on the analysis of heavy oil thermal recovery process, according tosome existing deficiencies, introducing the injection-production combination technology ofheavy oil thermal recovery and the sliding sleeve valve. Complete series of parameters on thedesign of sliding sleeve valve and the spring piece.3D model is easy to design a fast andsimple and established leaf spring. This paper’s main research contents and contributions areas follows:(1) By understanding the production oil process, according to the defects of the existingsteam injection technology for heavy oil thermal recovery, the thermal recovery of heavy oilinjection combined technology and a sliding sleeve valve. Completed the design ofmechanical structure of the sliding sleeve valve. Using three-dimensional designed softwaresolidworks to establish three-dimensional model of the sliding sleeve valve parts and virtualassembly.(2)300m well as an example, force analysis of spring and spring piece which are the keyparts of the sliding sleeve valve. Determination of the structural parameters of the spiralspring and the spring piece. Study on the stress and strain of leaf spring, Deflection calculatedof spring model by using the deflection change the superposition principle and simplifying.The formula of spring deflection theory, provide a theoretical basis for parametric designfollow-up of the spring sheet.(3) Analysis of the force on the spring sheet, by learning the theory of finite elementanalysis and using the finite element analysis software abaqus. Comparative analysis ofdeflection difference of leaf spring and the deflection calculation formula, analyses the errorsource, verify the rationality of spring deflection calculation.(4) Using the advanced language VB parametric design interface, including the well depth parameters, number of spring objective setting, determine the pumping rod diameterselection and sucker rod drop depth. Using the API interface of VB and solidworks,parametric design of leaf spring series of3D model, to facilitate the subsequent rapid designof sliding sleeve valve.(5) Verify the spring stress and deformation through the load test of the spring leaf,improve the production process of the spring leaf.
