Objective different temporal resolution perfusion CT scan time - density curve, pseudo-color function chart and the perfusion parameters in patients with acute cerebral ischemia observation, evaluation reduce the time resolution on the accuracy of CT perfusion results in acute cerebral ischemia disease extent. GE LightSpeed ??64-slice CT scanner, of 24 patients with symptoms of acute cerebral ischemia in patients with head CT perfusion imaging data were retrospectively analyzed. First head CT scan, and then head CT perfusion scan. Led a delegation Note 300mgI/ml the injection flow of 4.0 ml / S the Omnipaque 45ml, delay 5S underwent brain cross-section rapid dynamic scanning, scan range basal ganglia, a total of 8 layers scan continuous scan 50S, to obtain a total of image 792. Perfusion imaging data were obtained with time resolution of 1 / 0.5S (standard method), and 1 / 1.0S, 1 frame / 1.5S, 1 frame / 2.0S, 1 frame / 2.5S, 1 frame / 3.0 S, 1 frame / 4.0S, 1 frame / 5.0s, 1 frame / 6.0S resolution image data is selected, the use of CT Perfusion 3 software package Brain stock protocols perfusion imaging post-processing. Different temporal resolution time - density curve, the perfusion of the pseudo-color function diagram visual rating, the ROI of the same site the CTP image resolution and at different times, select the perfusion parameters (CBF, CBV, MTT) measurements obtained perfusion parameters Friedman test, Kendall's W test and Wilcoxon test statistical analysis. Results With the decline of the temporal resolution, time - density curve shape becomes increasingly steep, not smooth. Perfusion parameters (CBF, CBV, and MTT) image quality visual score gradually decreased CBF and MTT image quality, decreased more significantly. 24 cases of patients with cerebral ischemia resolution group at different times after the perfusion parameters tested: (1) for all regions of interest: the time resolution down to 1 / 1.0s, already perfusion parameters CBF and MTT The measurement of the absolute value had a significant impact, and the CBV until the time resolution down to 1 / 5.0S, have a significant impact. (2) the contralateral hemisphere of the brain: the decrease of the time resolution for the measurement of the absolute value of CBV does not produce significant effects. Time resolution down to 1 / 1.0s after the perfusion parameters CBF, MTT absolute value measurement had a significant impact. (3) ischemic cerebral hemispheres: when the time resolution down to 1 / 1.0s after the perfusion parameters CBF, MTT absolute value measurement had a significant impact, and the CBV absolute until the time resolution down to 1 / 5.0S significant impact. (4) the ratio of the ischemic hemisphere / contralateral hemisphere perfusion parameters: time resolution of the decrease in the relative values ??of CBV and CBF measurements will not have a significant impact. When the time resolution is reduced to 1 frame / 5.0S, the only significant difference between the relative value and the standard MTT group. (5) the cortex, marrow mass and basal ganglia: When the time resolution down to 1 / 1.0s after the perfusion parameters CBF, MTT absolute value measurement have a significant impact. To time resolution down to 1 / 4.0s, the marrow qualitative CBV measurement before a significant impact. Conclusion With the reduced time resolution, the morphology of the T-DC curve will change; decreased quality of perfusion pseudo-color function chart. To obtain accurate quantitative CT perfusion parameters, we still recommend using the the film scan mode with a time resolution of 1 / 0.5S. Comparing the absolute value of the relative value of the influence of perfusion parameters, the lower time resolution to be small, the time resolution can be reduced to 1 frame / 4S. In three parameters absolute value, the lower time resolution for the influence of the absolute value of CBV Min.
