Objective: To investigate and analyze the domestic two dominant various types of syphilis incidence of rash in the past 30 years and the total constituent ratio . Method : Retrieve the Chinese biomedical Abstracts Database ( CBM ) , the Chinese Biomedical Bibliographic Database ( CMCC ) , China Academic Journal Full-text Database ( CNKI ) , the Chongqing VIP Chinese Science and Technology Academic Journal ( VIP ) , 1979-2008 domestic literature of secondary syphilis rash rash incidence and comparative analysis of total constituent ratio is bounded by 1994, divided into two groups . Results: 1979-1993 1994-2008 comparison of the two types of rash incidence of syphilis rash, pimples, rash, mucosal rash , palms and soles syphilis and flat warts incidence of the former later by high incidence of impetigo former than the latter , no significant difference between the incidence of alopecia ; 1979-1993 and 1994-2008 rash constituent ratio of different types , but both type of rash constitute descending order , pimples, rash , flat warts , rash, mucosal rash , hair loss , impetigo , the most common type of rash pimples, rash , flat warts . Conclusion : In the past 30 years the incidence and the total composition of the the domestic two dominant types of rash syphilis has undergone significant changes , causing such changes may be due to the broad and irregular use of antibiotics , combined with HIV infection , the proportion of elderly patients has been rising and the use of immunosuppressants and other factors .
