Abstract


Objective To Anqing acute sporadic hepatitis E and biochemical indicators of changes in characteristics of hepatitis E virus ( HEV ) each biomarker correlation between genotype and epidemiological characteristics , for the prevention of the epidemic of hepatitis E to provide a basis . Were collected from 2007 to 2009 clinical testing serial serum of patients with acute sporadic hepatitis , enzyme-linked immunoassay ( ELISA ) reagent detection of HEV - IgG antibody , HEV - IgM antibody was detected by RT-PCR method HEV RNA load , more the correlation between the various indicators , and part of the amplified products were sequenced and genotyping . Results in 46 cases of Anqing clinical diagnosis of acute sporadic hepatitis E patients , HEV - IgG antibody titers tended to increase the 36 cases , 41 cases of HEV - IgM antibodies , RNA positive in 39 cases . Changes in HEV - IgM antibody and HEV - IgG antibody change rate of 88.2 % , changes in HEV - IgM antibody and HEV RNA positive rate of 85.3 % , HEV - IgG antibody change in line with HEV RNA positive rate was 83.8% ; 150 - nt nucleotide fragments were amplified the HEV RNA ORF1 area of 494 - nt nucleotide fragment and ORF2 region of the 27 and 15 , and phylogenetic analysis showed that both HEV gene type IV . The conclusion 1.HEV early stages of infection at the same time contribute to the diagnosis of hepatitis E HEV - IgG antibody HEV - IgM antibody and nucleic acid detection . 2 Anqing area acute sporadic HEV popular of strain type IV strain of the virus .
