Abstract


Objective To investigate the cause sero possible causes by cerebrospinal fluid ( CSF ) of 20 patients Patients with sero conventional biochemical tests and RPR and TPPA determination , simultaneous detection of peripheral blood cell-mediated immunity and humoral immune function , and visceral multi-organ imaging inspection . All patients were in accordance with the treatment of neurosyphilis specification , review the peripheral blood RPR quantitative test in March . The results in this group of 20 patients , 4 patients ( 20.0 % ) CSF - TPPA ( ) , 1 cases of CSF - RPR ( ) not found in CSF protein and white blood cells increased . 2 cases ( 10.0% ) elevated IgM levels in peripheral blood , C 3 reduces , 14 cases ( 70.0% ) patients with cytotoxic / suppressor T cells ( CD8 / 3 ) , the auxiliary / inducer memory T cells ( CD4 / 3 ) decrease . 3 cases (15.0%) echocardiography were found in left ventricular relaxation loss, the aortic echo slightly stronger and mitral valve degeneration . 5 cases (25.0%) brain CT, MRI found that brain atrophy and multiple lacunar lesions . According to the history of 18 cases (90.0%) began more than half a year after the time in the history of dirty sex standardized treatment , the initial use of benzathine penicillin 2.4 million U / week , for three consecutive treatments . 2 cases (10.0%) using minocycline or azithromycin . Diagnosed sero , according to all patients 3 months after treatment of neurosyphilis treatment regimens serum RPR titer did not reduce the . Conclusion The treatment failed to improper drug selection , The potential organ syphilis and immune abnormalities may be caused by the serum of patients with syphilis fixed reasons .
