At present, the software industry has a higher request at software development time, efficiency. Although component technology and architecture of service oriented in a certain extent improve the efficiency of software development and quality, But according to the users’ different needs don’t find its matching resources more flexible and more effectively. Therefore, it is necessary to a new set of architecture,it made full use of the existing resources, to better meet the needs of our users, realize the software reuse.This paper is proposed based on intelligent SOA, enterprise service bus and component technology of software reuse system structure design scheme. In four layers based on the model, joined the active service layer, integrated layer, enterprise service bus layer, realized the seven layers system structure; Using component technology achieved the SOA of service; On the basis of prototype SOA adds an intermediate services, Proposed intelligent the active service SOA model, improve efficience of the service in the network model of SOA discovered and searched; USES the enterprise service bus technology to the service for layout, the combination and management, and it is introduced into the new structure, make services more likely to be search, layout and integration, and let the system understand up more flexibility; Finally, through the system structure is introduced into the weather forecast of practical application, it achieved according to the users’ different needs to provide satisfy user’s weather forecast service, make resources got sharing.
