Abstract


In recent years, shipping business in china has been developing rapidly. The Mari-time Safety Administration has built the vessel traffic management system(VTS), the VHF security communication network system, the CCTV monitoring system, the coast transceiver station and other maritime security systems to enhance vessel traffic safety management improve the operation efficiency of ships and offshore installations and prevent marine pollution from ships. In order to protect a variety of devices and systems for reliable operation, these systems are responsible for managing the waters under the jurisdiction of sailing, ship berthing and operations, facilities and personnel with pro-fessional-grade room. Therefore, the management has become a very important daily work. Currently, the vast majority of the equipment room area are used regularly inspect equipment management personnel or management on duty24hours. This mode is not only spent a lot of human, material and financial resources, but also not accurate and efficient real-time monitoring of equipment condition and operation environment. It is difficult to find fault, troubleshooting.In order to solve the above problems, we need to strengthen the monitoring and management of equipment room equipment, equipment network monitoring system construction, improve safety and stability of the equipment and in the end, achieve cen-tralization of management of equipment. The fact proves that it is necessary to achieve intelligent management of the equipment, real-time information collection and process-ing and achieve the automation of alarm information processing. These practices have been on the agenda of many units, and access to project implementation phase.This paper is the monitoring systems engineering design for the Liaoning Maritime Safety Administration equipment room,the author introduces the construction back-ground, technical requirements, network structure,system configuration, software func-tion of the equipment room monitoring system. By selecting a independent CCTV site, this article gives a introduction of independent CCTV station monitoring module based on ATmega128L SCM in the design idea, hardware circuit and programming. At present, the system has been put into use and achieved good practical application.By combining the application of technical level and current system, this article analyses and prospects the development trend of equipment room equipment monitoring construc-tion.
