In2001, China joined the WTO, officially became a member of the WTO, with encouraging of the "going out" policy, a growing number of construction companies having gone abroad and running business in other countries, what is more, most of them has gradually formed a construction-based, diversified development situation.This paper took CGICOP Company as a case study, use of the macro environment analysis (PEST) and SWOT analysis, a comprehensive analyzed Company’s external and internal environment, strengths and weaknesses. And on this basis, proposed Company’s diversification strategies and also pointed out the problem which exacted in the organizational structure, technological innovation, human resources, corporate culture and other issues. Last, given appropriate improvement strategies and methods.
