Abstract


Where is crime,where is victim. There are some relations between the victim and the perpetrator frequently, these relations are often to be possible to find out by investigate victim’s information. If we can use these relations in the murder case, our detection efficiency will enhance greatly, the detection rate will also rise, the crime deterrent dynamics will also enlarge. Unfortunately, until now, our theorists’ scholar either places the vision on victim’s right relief and prevent be killed, either places the vision in attacking crime and preventing crime.There is few people unify the two in the detection angle and provide the theory instruction for the detection investigation. This article is for the purpose of changing this present situation, unifies the victim research and the criminal investigation, hoped that can play the role which offers a few ordinary introductory remarks so that others may offer their valuable ideas, obtains the theorists scholar’s attention, then causes the research of victim in the detection can form set of systems, achieves the better instruction detection investigation the goal.This first part of the article mainly introduced some basic questions of the research of victim. First has analyzed victim’s concept broadly and the narrow sense, then, Defines the victim is as these individual who suffer the death. Then has discussed victim’s characteristic, the classification, then divides victim into the well-known victim and the nameless victim from the detection angle. This part also has simultaneously discussed the victim and the crime, perpetrator’s relations. The historical evolution which once more, this part analyzed has carried on the victim in the detection to study the theory basis which as well as the research of victim. Finally summarized the victim to study to the criminal detection significance.This second part of the article elaborated goal, condition as well as main method and primary coverage of the research. Has been clear about the goal which the research, can target-oriented conduct the research to the victim. At the same time, the research also has the condition to limit, for instance case type condition, detection basic requirement as well as research main body condition. After having been clear the goal and has satisfied the condition, must know the victim research institute uses method and research content. These methods mainly have the scene to investigate, the investigation visit, the detection experiment and the expert evidence. The victim studies the time which the primary coverage has victim’s status, to be killed the reason which, is killed, to be killed the place, to be killed the process as well as the victim and the perpetrator, the scene relations.What the third part of this article mainly says is the victim studies in the detection the concrete application, this is also this article key point. Theory after practice examination only will then be acknowledged that only will then become the truth. This part solves the process with the well-known corpse case and the nameless corpse case to explain that the research to investigates the investigation the function, and comes through the quotation related case to confirm. The research main step to collect the scene information, the scene analysis, to investigate victim’s related information, to delimit the suspect scope.Any technology needs to obtain the development, must effective and the invalid related behavior which did to the past conducts the detailed research. Therefore, the fourth part of this article first studies to the victim the effect carries on the appraisal, then has analyzed the question which the research should pay attention, simultaneously proposed the victim will study present’s direction diligently.
