Abstract


The economic globalization and integration has been an irresistible trend in the modern world. In China, the economic link of different regions is getting more and closer, the economic integration manifests itself day by day and the cooperation of regional economy is still growing with strong power. In recent years, with national strategy moving to the northern area and the new economic points springing up continuously, the Jing-Jin-Ji region has been the third polar that contributes to the development of the national economy. Finance, which serves as a leverage to gather and concentrate funds, is the key of modern economy and has the function of promoting the economic subjects, accumulating social capital and improving the efficiency of financial circulation. The development of economy is liable to the finance, in particularly the support of funds. In terms of the regional economy, if it is lacking in the cooperation of funds, then funds, as the core recourses of market economy, have not ample liquidity to do its function, what is more, the whole economic system is hard to enhance the efficiency. Therefore, finance cooperation comes first in the regional cooperation of Jing-Jin-Ji region. Meanwhile, according to the experiences home and abroad, breaking up the political barrier to fullest regional cooperation plays a critical role in the development of regional finance and the flow of economic elements ,such as materials, funds and information that contribute to the region and city, and moreover in improving allocation ability and the rapid development of regional economy. General speaking, the stronger the regional finance is , the more active the Social capital and financial capital allocation and trade are, in this way it can draw more industry and capital into this area and make proper use of it, then the competitiveness of the area and city becomes stronger and stronger. However, in terms of the development of Jing-Jin-Ji region, the financial business of Jing-Jin-Ji region has a long way to get the step of Yangtse Delta Region and Pearl River Delta, no matter in the financial power or financial cooperation, so there is a new challenge in the financial service and system allocation. Therefore, how to widen thought to direct and strength the financial cooperation and interaction of Jing-Jin-Ji region, with the guidance of the Scientific Outlook on Development , has vital significance to accelerate regional financial development , to promote regional economic development , and to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of this region. In view of this, this paper uses empirical analysis method, the reference to domestic and international academic circles regional financial cooperation related research achievements, expounds the regional finance related theory, combined with the Jing-Jin-Ji region’s economic and financial development status and present situation of the Jing-Jin-Ji regional cooperation on the Jing-Jin-Ji regional financial cooperation is facing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats are discussed, and on this basis is to strengthen the Jing-Jin-Ji regional financial cooperation Suggestions. Article general framework is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction which is mainly the background, significance of the thesis and the general thought, structure, and creativity of it.The second part is regional finance and regional financial cooperation overview, of regional finance, regional financial cooperation, the meaning, regional financial cooperation conditions and its and regional economic relationship simple introduction.The third part is the introduction to the regional economy in Jing-Jin-Ji region and the present development situation in financial industry and the contrastive analysis on it. Firstly, there is a general estimate and analysis on the economic level in Jing-Jin-Ji region. Then it makes an analysis on the present development from the point of financial development state, the total number, structure and find the imbalance of the economic and financial development through much data analyzing in a contrastive way. Last, there is an analysis on the reasons for this imbalance.The fourth part is the Jing-Jin-Ji regional financial cooperation and the status of SWOT analysis, this part of the Jing-Jin-Ji present situation and regional financial cooperation, and described in this section, SWOT analysis, objective and comprehensive regional financial cooperation in Jing-Jin-Ji the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats for analysis.The fifth part for the Jing-Jin-Ji regional financial cooperation countermeasures, this part of the first described at home and abroad regional financial cooperation experience and reference, and according to the front analysis results at home and abroad and regional financial cooperation experience, looking for promoting the Jing-Jin-Ji regional financial cooperation path, in order to promote the Jing-Jin-Ji regional financial cooperation put forward: enhancing the cooperation consciousness, strengthen regional coordination and cooperation; Reasonable seeking in the cooperation of positioning. Using the tianjin binhai new area advantages, accelerate regional financial cooperation innovation; Build up a good ecological environment of the regional finance; Accelerate regional financial infrastructure construction; The establishment of regional financial cooperation information sharing mechanism and so on, so as to realize the rapid and healthy development of the regional finance, and then driving regional economic growth ultimate goal.
