Abstract


With the development of science and technology , raising the level of socio-economic and medical needs increase , medical devices occupy an increasingly important role in social life . At the same time, the daily life of the illegal activities of the various medical devices are also increasing . From the start to clarify the connotation of \On this basis , I described the production of medical equipment sales do not meet the standard application of the law of sin and other violations of criminal law considerations of medical devices , and put forward the recommendations of the criminal legislation : some serious harm to society violations incriminated to build a wide range of charges system , and improve the punishment fits the crime .
