Abstract

Objective: Observe the wuling powder reduce the clinical curative effect of cisplatinrenal toxicity. Methods: Select50cases Ⅲ~Ⅳ stage non-small cell lung cancer patients, randomlydivided into experimental group and the control group, experimental group25cases,control group25cases, two groups use TP chemotherapy, chemotherapy1day sameroutine hydration, diuresis. Based on the experimental group in the control group, takewuling powder away. Medicine for two months after two groups of patients, comparing thetwo groups before and after treatment the quality of life, KPS score, body weight, mainrelated clinical symptoms, the urine trace albumin and the ratio of urine creatinine andurinary n-acetyl-beta-D-amino glucoside enzyme and urine creatinine ratio, beta2microglobulin urine and urine creatinine ratio and adverse reaction. Conclusion: Wuling powder dispersion can significantly reduce cisplatin in patientswith renal toxicity, clinical prevention of cisplatin renal toxicity is one of the effectivemethods.
