Abstract


Forensic deepening reform and improving the focus of judicial reform. Forensic science and rational system of beneficial facts of the case to ensure the correct application of the law, achieve social fairness and justice. National People’s Congress Standing Committee promulgated the "decision on the issue of judicial appraisal" (hereinafter referred to as the "Decision") is a key forensic law reform. However, the principle of its provisions too, did not completely solve forensic problems in the system. This requires us in line with the spirit of science, creative design and planning for the system.This identification system of justice based on the theory, study and compare the common law and civil law countries, the merits of judicial appraisal system. Through investigation, I saw the identification of our judicial system with the gap between advanced identification system for identification of remodeling our judicial system provides an important basis. This paper will identify the system of judicial reform and the situation around, on our judicial system from the forensic identification management system, judicial system and the forensic expert system for a three-pronged program to build and perfect. For larger academic debate Investigation Organs issue accreditation bodies, the author will be the legal basis of the analysis, on how to maintain its relative independence of the internal identification of bodies and how to improve the procedures for supervision put forward their own ideas.
