Abstract


Objective (1) Retrospective analysis and discussion clinical characteristics in patients with multiple sclerosis;(2) Serum uric acid levels were compared between MS group and control group;(3) Analysis of multiple sclerosis patients serum uric acid level and duration, apparent diffusion coefficient of correlation;(4) For clinical diagnosis and treatment of help.Methods (1) The enzyme of quantitative analysis method detection fifty-eight patients relapse ease patients with multiple sclerosis type and the healthy check-up conclusion normal fifty-eight patients, all morning on an empty stomach, blood serum uric acid value determination, and the use of statistical software analysis;(2) This group of patients nuclear magnetic material and screen out have cerebral mri dispersion material patients, radiology department nuclear magnetic workstation calculation interested in area b value=1000s/best callus induction of apparent diffusion coefficient, and statistical analysis;(3) Collect the basic information, this group of patients clinical data, etc. Serum uric acid level in the related factor analysis.Results (1)MS in women, starting to feel abnormal symptoms, body weakness, the most common lateral ventricle side, half egg circle center for its good hair parts;(2)MS SUA male patients (289.29±65.36umol/L) and healthy men (352.36±53.21umol/L) for comparison (p<0.05, with statistical significance;(3) DWI display lesion area and suspicious lesions area apparent dispersion coefficient are higher than the relatively normal area (p<0.05);(4)Correlation analysis showed that patients with MS SUA and course of disease and ADC values are unrelated.Conclusion (1)Male and female MS patients serum UA levels were significantly lower than healthy people, no correlation between serum UA and course length.(2)SUA values in people with MS and nuclear magnetic ADC values have no correlation, SUA intracranial not directly said MS pathological damage.
