Abstract


The Chinese characteristics deliberative democracy deliberative democracy under the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the Chinese characteristics and the political system . From a broad perspective , deliberative democracy embodied in our political life is all significant matters related to the country's political , economic , cultural , social construction , in the decision-making process , the need for deliberative democracy . From a narrow point of view , deliberative democracy is the country 's multi-party cooperation and political consultation system , an institutionalized democratic mechanisms . Has combed from the point of view of history and reality of China 's process of deliberative democracy , deliberative democracy with Chinese characteristics origin , formation and development process of looking for a unique development context , its main characteristics and historical experience theoretically be elaboration and demonstration of the basic connotation of deliberative democracy with Chinese characteristics and the future direction of the development of socialist democratic politics , which capture the overall value and significance of contemporary Chinese characteristics deliberative democracy has further elaborated . This paper argues that The Ideological Origins of the Chinese characteristics deliberative democracy from long Confucianism \continue to work in theoretical innovation practice . Chinese characteristics, the formation process of deliberative democracy experienced establishment stage of infancy, since the early days to the formative stages of the Cultural Revolution , and after the reform and development of the Sino-Japanese War and the New Democratic Revolution . In the process of formation and development of Chinese characteristics negotiation democracy in consultation with the Western democracy core feature of inclusiveness , equality and consultation with a certain fit sex , but also has to have a solid core of leadership , a solid system constitutes and unique way and other major features . On this basis , the paper analyzes the way of thinking and outlook of the value of experience and the development direction of Chinese characteristics and deliberative democracy . China should uphold and improve the Chinese characteristics deliberative democracy this form of democracy , to further expand the orderly participation in politics , the development of socialist democratic politics and building socialist political civilization , and to make our society more harmonious and orderly , more vibrant .
