Objective:To study the correlation between HIF-1a、VEGF expression and part of MSCTsigns in clear renal cell carcinoma. Preliminary discussion on the pathogenesis ofrenal cancer and more reasonable understanding CCRCC CT signs, to furtherunderstand the biology of kidney cancer clinical behavior and provide help formolecular imaging research. Methods:The expressions of HIF-1a and VEGF protein were detected by theimmunohistochemical method in42cases of CCRCC patients with detailed MSCTmanifestations and15cases of normal renal tissue,MSCT signs were observed for thescan density、the maximum enhancement、size、margin、liquefaction and necrosis、renal vein or inferior vena cava were invaded and lymph node and distant organmetastasis.the correlation of the level of HIF-la expression and MSCT signs wasanalyzed.Results:(1)Renal clear cell carcinoma has some characteristic imaging findings, MSCThas important diagnostic value on it;(2)HIF-la and VEGF in CCRCC group, the positive expression rate were78.6%,80.9%, the expression rate are significantly higher than normal group, and thehistologic classification of positive expression degree and pathological progress andrise;(3)The level of HIF-la and VEGF expression were significantly correlatedwith tumor size、margin、liquefaction and necrosis、renal vein or inferior vena cavawere invaded and lymph node and distant organ metastasis on MSCT (P<0.01); butwas not relation with the maximum enhancement and scandensity(P>0.05);(4)There is significant positive correlation between VEGF and HIF-la,expression in CCRCC. Conclusion:(1)The expression of HIF-la and VEGF had relationship with the occurrence anddevelopment of CCRCC;its abnormal expression and renal cancer biology behaviorare closely related;(2)CCRCC can be judged the biological behavior and angiogenesis situationaccording to the MSCT signs in a certain extent.
