Abstract

The state and society in the modern sense of the increasingly become more complicated and diversity that exists in the world of country of democracy , totalitarian form of government of the country or other form of polity . Citizens of the democracies in countries in this category , the most common self-governing body , has for solving social problems, social groups or coordination mechanisms , and the overwhelming majority of these groups , the public nature of this well resolved these countries in an increasingly complex social environment , under the management of government beyond the reach of social problems . In these countries , social groups is an expression of community interests , political input methods and channels . Countries under authoritarian or totalitarian regimes , in order to maximize the control of society , from the many aspects of civic self- organization of social groups to limit the lower rungs of society , thus weakening the potential factors of direct confrontation with the government , while the government because modern society increasingly variety of social affairs by the Government itself had to organize some nonprofit social groups , relieve stress, and reduce costs . The data show that the social groups in the contemporary world within prosperity , this process is accompanied by a large number of the establishment of the modern state and the wave of democratization achieved , this is most typical in third world countries . Social groups consciously and unconsciously cultivate awareness of the capacity and participation of citizens' political participation . Moreover, the associations of a particular country and the country 's political and cultural adaptation, by their own political and cultural constraints , which is reflected in the people involved in clubs, cognitive, emotional , and evaluation ; same time , the emergence of a large number of community changing the political culture of a particular country , because of the emergence of this structure will change the behavior patterns of members , especially the transformation of the traditional political culture in the sense of hierarchy , is a country in transition to democracy has a positive meaning .
