Abstract


With the Chinese women's tennis players in international competitions on the continuous improvement of status , rank , and promote tennis in China continues to prosper , tennis more and more attention by the public , China 's tennis gradually entered a period of vigorous development . Young people are the future of our country is the basic strength training of elite athletes , to study the development of young amateur tennis , raise the level of Chinese tennis has important and far-reaching significance . Paper, literature , access to the survey , questionnaire , mathematical statistics and other research methods , summarizes the Zhengzhou City Youth the amateur tennis coaches and athletes of young amateur tennis development problems in analysis and find the corresponding countermeasures to provide a theoretical basis for the Zhengzhou City Youth amateur tennis development , research the following conclusions : (1) Zhengzhou City youth amateur tennis penetration is low , only better development in individual areas , most of the other regions still in its infancy . Widespread training shortage of funds , low salaries of coaches , poor venues and facilities , which are not conducive to the phenomenon carried out by the tennis , tennis is not high degree of socialization . (2) Coaches of scientific research level is not high, lack of academic exchange and professional training . Thrower work was supported by the athletes family economic conditions and other non-motor factors interfere , the lack of time, energy, conflict and contradiction between training institutions -school communication and coordination , athletes training and culture classes learning (3 ) athletes in the game less chance of the game lack of experience, the need to further increase the opportunity for athletes to participate in the high level of competition . (4) to enable young athletes Preliminary selection of high consumption due tennis , almost no generally selected by the team coach , rather than the coaches selection of athletes , young amateur tennis player in Zhengzhou City finished product rate is not high .
