Abstract


College counselors as university teachers and an important part of the management team , has played an active role in their students' ideological and political education and management . How to strengthen the ranks of full-time counselors to improve its performance and has become an important topic facing our universities . In recent years, the study of self-efficacy , job burnout and work performance has become an important issue in Western organizational behavior and human resources management . Job performance as a result variable , and are subject to a number of factors , and self-efficacy and job burnout is one of the two important factors . The college counselor self-efficacy is the practical application of the theory of self-efficacy in this particular field of work of college counselors , the college counselors introduction of job burnout and job performance research framework , in-depth to explore the relationship between self-efficacy . In this study, 12 colleges and universities in Beijing 540 full-time counselor questionnaire , 446 valid questionnaires were recovered analysis of variance , correlation analysis, regression analysis and path analysis , the following conclusions : 1, college counselors performance can be divided into student affairs, emotional management, education and guidance , interpersonal coordination and innovation five dimensions , they all have a direct impact on job performance . 2 , college counselor self-efficacy , job burnout and job performance in different demographic variables there are significant differences . College counselor self-efficacy have a significant impact factors are mainly concentrated in five areas of the marital status, education, age, job title, income ; dimension of burnout , emotional exhaustion a significant difference in the work of the tenure of their offices ; income levels on job performance have a significant impact . 3, college counselor self-efficacy and job performance was significantly related to positive effect on job performance ; significantly related to job burnout and job performance , and depersonalization and personal accomplishment to have a greater impact on job performance . 4 , the college counselor self-efficacy plays an intermediary role between job burnout and job performance .
