Abstract


21st century, mankind has entered the era of knowledge economy, but also to enter the era of information technology rapid development of network technology, the face of new technologies constantly updated, how do we move towards a knowledge-based society, how to realize the sharing of knowledge, a question worth considering. While the library as knowledge gathering place, play an extremely important role in knowledge acquisition and sharing. Library knowledge-sharing, including the sharing of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge sharing, and how to make use of effective strategies to enable libraries to maximize knowledge sharing, library knowledge sharing to solve important problems. Article library knowledge sharing concept is defined as the library internal knowledge sharing and library external knowledge sharing two aspects. Library internal knowledge sharing is the exchange of knowledge by means of various shared between librarians, provide each other with their own knowledge at the same time, the process of individual knowledge into corporate knowledge. Library external knowledge sharing between libraries and users, as well as between the Library and the library of knowledge exchange and sharing. Library and knowledge sharing between users librarian own experience in the use of library skills sharing to the user. In addition, users can also use the library and experience and views back to the libraries and other users, to allow other users to be able to share the experience of the user experience. At the same time, the library to receive feedback, in order to improve the quality of service at any time. Between the Library and the Library of knowledge sharing, knowledge exchange and cooperation in order to achieve a broader range of knowledge-sharing based on the knowledge of complementary and collaborative development, interlibrary. The text is divided into five parts. First, a brief introduction to the Library shared background knowledge and research status at home and abroad, as well as the significance of the topic and the use of research methods. Concept papers involved elaborate analysis of the elements involved in the library in the process of knowledge sharing and describes the characteristics and significance of library knowledge sharing in the digital environment, to further clarify the feasibility of thesis writing. Third, library knowledge sharing process elements, through the questionnaire, the analysis of the digital environment impact library knowledge sharing factors, respectively, from the Library overall culture, the main body of knowledge sharing, digital environment, as well as funding problems and other explore aspects. Fourth, through the form of a questionnaire, the influencing factors for library knowledge sharing from the point of view of culture, cultural ideas, librarians, management, technology, knowledge sharing space and knowledge Alliance proposed digital environment to promote library knowledge sharing few strategies: to create a library of knowledge sharing culture, the introduction of zero management philosophy, based on the sharing of knowledge management strategy of librarian, introduced web2.0 new technology to build a knowledge-sharing space, the Library Knowledge Alliance. Finally, summarize the main results of the paper pointed out the problems of the thesis, a clear future research directions.
