Abstract


As the speeding of population aging and the improving of the social level, ourcountry＇s elderly population keep increasing and the pension pressure keep rising. Due toFamily endowment and institution endowment＇s own defects, they can’t meet the needs ofthe elderly in our country, community home endowment has become the mainstream mode.In this situation, the government procurement community home endowment service cameinto being. Government procurement community home endowment service has achievedsome success, but there are still many problems.To perfect government procurement community home endowment service will behelpful for the elderly to enjoy better pension services. Based on the definition ofgovernment procurement community home endowment related concepts and theoreticalbasis, analyzes the current situation of government procurement community homeendowment service, including the source of funds, operation process, etc. On the basis ofits success, the paper points out its existing problems and put forward the countermeasuresby combining foreign experience. This paper is divided into three parts. The first part ischapter1and chapter2,this part illustrates the background of government procurementcommunity home endowment service sense and define the related definitions and basictheory. The second part is chapter3and chapter4, this part analyzed our countrygovernment procurement community home endowment service status, this part also existedproblems and reason. The third part is chapter5and chapter6, this part combined with theexperience at home and abroad and put forward the countermeasures for the existingproblems.
