Therefore, in ourcountry the development of green supply chain management need the government’sguide and promote, the role played by the government in which it is essential.As a facilitator to promote the development of green supply chain management,the government must give full play to the invigorative, supervision, and guidingfunction.The government must use economic, legal, administrative means by theinterests of induced, supervision and administration, culture popularity to promote thecompany’s green transformation, and strive to create a tripartite collaborationsituation by government promoting, public supporting and enterprise voluntary.However, the Chinese government in this process is still there is the absence of notcomprehensive macro-control, supervision and management system is not supportingand cognitive guide the direction is not clear.
