This study based on the previous studies, Select the prisoners as subjects, serving dynamic compilation of personal danger human factors assessment questionnaire, trying to study the dynamic risk inmates factor structure, In order to provide a tool for measuring the risk of inmates dynamic people, combined with the static factors of risk assessment tools, to build a comprehensive evaluation system of the prison staff personal danger, in order to achieve hierarchical management of the offender. Firstly, related research at home and abroad, using a structured interview and open questionnaire survey to collect data, in the collection of the original information, a preliminary questionnaire content analysis, dynamic risk we proposed factors questionnaire assessment; secondly, questionnaire were used to collect data and prediction of initial, exploratory analysis factors, carries on the investigation to the revised questionnaire again, the data by confirmatory factor analysis, the formal questionnaire, the reliability and validity of various statistics and variables; finally, through the experiment on the formation of the prison staff personal danger evaluation system of test results.The main results obtained are as follows:(1) Dynamic risk prisoners human factors is a multi-dimensional structure, including the social consciousness, social support status, prison adaptation, neuroticism dimension four.
