Abstract


Human resources are the most active factor of production , the most important factor . Management as key human resources, their role in the enterprise more and more attention . Has a high level enterprise managers will be able to promote more rapid development . Training for managers is to improve the management level of the most direct means . With the development of modern private enterprise economy has become an important part of our economy . Private enterprise development speed , light weight performance management, management level is not high , the emphasis on the training of management personnel shortage , there are many problems . This thesis is a theoretical and empirical research investigating the combination of research methods, choose a company with a representative of a certain HY investigation and analysis . Combined with theoretical study, based on the Company's Management training HY interviews and questionnaires asked the company's management training problems: insufficient attention to the talent pool absence of consciousness ; lack of planning , and the company's long-term development is not synchronized ; lack of systematic , hierarchy, training single ; heavy skills light quality ; training concepts limitations means easy. HY corporate management training for existing problems , from training needs analysis , training content and methods of setting the selection , training, evaluation of the results of several aspects of the company's management training proposed ideas and vision , and proposed management measures for staff training . This analysis and research combined with practical , with a strong operability , can guide HY company management training , help to improve the quality of company management , thus promoting the company's rapid and stable development.
