Abstract


30 years of reform and opening up, economic and social development in Guangxi has made great achievements, her remarkable investment work. But still lags behind the situation faced in the Guangxi and the development of an urgent need. The author think, Cold War Guangxi's reform and opening up both positive affect: opened Guangxi external contacts of the new direction, third-line defense industrial building to enhance the Guangxi industrialization level; also have a negative impact, resulting in Guangxi in the beginning of reform and opening up have not obtained a more favorable reform open door policy, so that the policy environment in Guangxi lag; causing Ministry of Guangxi something unbalanced development. After the end of the Cold War, China-ASEAN relations to achieve the normalization of the new century country into national strategies for economic and social development in Guangxi, Guangxi facing new opportunities for development. In this context, Guangxi only speed up the construction of soft environment, accelerate the reform and opening up to promote the sound and rapid development of investment work, in order to achieve sound and rapid economic development, and ultimately to achieve a prosperous, democratic, civilized, harmonious society. The main point of this article: First, investment in an open economy, in order to promote the economic development of the region, the regional investment promotion body to actively improve investment in software and hardware environment, through specific trade promotion activities to attract investors to invest in the economic area process. Hard environment to achieve a certain degree, the soft environment, the pros and cons of the investment work plays a decisive role in the soft environment excellent investment efficiency: soft environment lag, low investment efficiency.
