According to the China Internet network information center released the30th China Internet network development state statistic report, by the end of June2012, cyber citizen has reached538million, students become the largest group of cyber citizen and network utilization rate has reached96.1%in2011. In the network environment, social environment, culture environment, social structure has changed. So it’s the need of times development, healthy growth for college students and education’s development. The characters and the interaction of network and college students’ cognition, emotion and interpersonal communication take dual influences in mental health and mental health education. When using the internet they pay more attention to self-expression, lack of network information identification and self-control, maladjustment of body and mind, some people embody addictive and anxious to network, weak valuce of ideas and will, and aloneness. It plays a positive role in promoting the development of college students’, extending interpersonal communication, increasing self-confidence, communicating emotion, promoting personality perfect.Also it brings negative influences in unbanalance cognition, psychological role disorder, interpersonal obstacles, moral psychology anomie, the network psychological barriers in college students’mental health.
