This study by means of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics and logical method to study and research the status of Panyu District, Guangzhou ordinary primary school physical education teaching, systematic and comprehensive investigation, analysis of the factors and causes that affect the safety of Physical Education, put forward recommendations and resolution strategies according to the existing problems and influencing factors, in order to prevent and minimize the primary school physical education teaching safety accidents.The study through investigate the primary school students,physical education teachers and school of Panyu District,Guangzhou, Preliminary get the following conclusions:(1) Student lack of the security knowledge and skills of physical education. Primary school students in the lack of knowledge on security issues in the process of physical education, paid insufficient and attention to ideologically careless, because some students are lack of basic knowledge about sport safety, it can be easily lead to physical safety accidents.(2) Students’ physical fitness and athletic ability is not enough. Sport requires students to have a certain degree of physical fitness, but the poor physical fitness of students, athletic ability is weak, the body can not withstand the strength of certain sports projects, it could easily caused sports injuries and security incidents, Not only affect the physical and mental health of students, will also affect the safety of the school physical education.(3) Students in physical education safety attitudes and safe behavior is not good enough. When students took physical education courses, the behaviors they took to protect their own safety r is to do the preparatory activities and relaxation activities, wear sportswear, But they rarely check the venues and equipment, very little prep class, did not evaluate their own physical condition and so on.(4) The teaching safety attitude and sense of responsibility of physical education teachers is not good enough. Physical education teachers work seriously, safety attitude is not good enough, not strong sense of responsibility, not to seriously study the teaching materials and the organization, no understanding of the physical and mental health of students, do not work hard be prepare of lesson planning, the disciplinary of teaching is loose, not summary after the class, not to clear the area after the end of the physical education equipment, and so on, these acts may be cause the occurrence of safety accidents.(5) The business ability of physical education teachers are not strong enough. Want to ensure the safety of students, only love and sense of responsibility is not enough, physical education teachers also have rich professional knowledge and skills as well as good security skills.(6) There’s defects exist in the teaching behavior of physical education teachers. In Panyu District, Guangzhou primary school, most schools there are lack of sports inadequate funding and equipment.
