Abstract


In the process of socialist development and progress, many immoral phenomenon appeared on the society,and the Middle school ideological and political education individuals are faced with many temptations and challenges, thus in some ways they relax the moral aspects of the strict requirements of themselves. These seriously affect the image of the party and the country, it also not conducive to cultivate socialist successor.Middle school ideological and political education subjects are very important in ideological and political education activity. The moral level of them plays an important role in the process. Research about this is not only good for the improvement of the theory of ideological and political education, it can bring also actual effect to the ideological and political education. These years, the moral lever of school ideological and political education subjects has been improved a lot,but there are still some problems, such as the they are not confidence the career of moral education, they lack of a deep grasp of education content, and they lack humanistic care for education object etc. The causes of these problems are various, one is the negative impact of the economic interests of the market on the mainstream social values, another one is the lack of teachers’ evaluation standard system economic, and third one is the formalization and simplification of the school education management system, but the main cause is the education subject itself.In order to solve the problem, it should be deal with the effort of high school ideological and political education subject and the support from the outside. For the high school ideological and political education subject, they need to improve the moral consciousness to learn and believe in and practice the moral demand. For the society, it will need to establish and improve the system of high school ideological and political education. It also need to Improve the cultivation methods,such as the moral evaluation mechanism, the moral supervision mechanism and a sound moral training system and incentive mechanism etc. the society also need to Optimize the environment of moral culture for middle school ideological and political education subject, optimize the social environment, school management, teachers’ work environment and so on.
