Abstract


From experience management to scientific management to culturalmanagement, is the development trend of modern management theory. Culturalmanagement is affect the person’s thought and behavior through culture, by valuesand spiritual cultivation. To promote the development of people’s self-realization andmodern management mode School culture management is the application of culturalmanagement in school management is also the call of the times is the urgentrequirement of reality, also is in the traditional management mode to the newmanagement model of a necessity in this study through the literature researchmethod of combining the research and practice, for the school in the culturalmanagement from concept, system, from three aspects of culture, through theanalysis, trying to education field in the process of implementing culturemanagement put forward some valuable Suggestions.In this paper, on the basis of relevant theories of cultural management,combining with the D middle school culture management present situation,the maincontents are as follows: The first part introduces the research background of thisarticle research status and research contents and methods. The second partsummarizes the relevant theories of cultural management, mainly includes the basicelements and principles of the connotation of school culture management. The thirdpart of the school culture management descriptive analysis, the analysis from theideas, systems, cultural construction of three levels: on the conceptual level, frompeople-oriented, Scientific Research School three aspects of the school, strongschool characteristics, combined with the specific cases described and analyzed; atthe institutional level, in terms of description and analysis of management strategies,teaching and research teaching strategies, school-based rituals, festivals school,teachers manuals, student manuals, etc. description and analysis from the design ofschool buildings and cultural connotations, classroom management and culture,billboards culture, dining etiquette slogans cultural attractions and cultural connotations and campus schools in five areas in the image level. The fourth part isthe revelation of the school culture management.
