Abstract


With China 's urbanization , the urbanization level increased , the area continuously from the lower stage to the advanced stage of development , and the increasingly close ties between cities and between regions , which will inevitably lead to the emergence of regional public affairs followed . How to solve the increasingly prominent regional public affairs , promote regional economic development , has become the focus of attention of society in general . In this paper, that the visit both theoretical research and practical approach to public problem-solving regional economic development , both in the theoretical logic , or in front of the complex facts commenced between the government, the market and civil society need to actively effective cooperation, build democracy between a set of multiple main cooperation , interactive public governance mechanism is the fundamental way to achieve the sustainable development of the regional economy . The paper discusses in detail the background of the rise of public governance theory , the connotation of public governance and public governance and the relevance of the regional economic development ; in the analysis of public issues in China 's regional economic development , and the problems exist in-depth analysis from the perspective of public governance the cause of the problem , discussed in detail the status quo in the applicability of our country as well as our regional economy of public governance ; European Union, regional economic development , a mature public governance experience to draw for regional economic development in China in public governance revelation ; China's regional public governance to achieve economic development is the focus of this article discusses . Administrative democratic system , improve the market economy , the strong healthy civil society 's external environment , especially the realization of public governance . This paper argues that sound legal environment is the external environment of public governance , deepening government reform is a core value of public governance , the social basis of public governance to nurture non-profit organization , the role of market allocation of resources is the economic foundation of public governance . Public governance for sustainable development of China 's regional economic strategy has a pivotal role.
