Higher engineering education as an important part of higher education, theeducation mode is decided to talents training target of the realization of the key.Based on the theory of inventive problem solving tools to Dewey’s "learning bydoing" education theory, Tao Xingzhi’s education thought as the guide to thehigher engineering education talent demand for the goal, the connotation ofhigher engineering talents to make a preliminary definition, and in the areas ofcultivation program, course system, teaching mode, environmental constructionand evaluation system by using the five aspects of theory of inventive problemsolving made the analysis. On this basis, the CDIO in higher engineeringeducation mode of the problems in the paper, and further puts forward the CDIOhigher engineering education mode strategy. This study expect through theexisting CDIO model of system analysis, further perfect our country CDIOhigher engineering education model, and the existing social talent demand phasefit, the cultivation of "soft skills" and "high quality","holistic" for our country’ssocialist construction contribution strength.
