In quantum information science , the entangled state at an important position in its main application is in quantum teleportation , quantum computing , quantum communication and quantum cryptography and so on. In the actual quantum communication , often need to pass information maximally entangled state , this requires a lot of entanglement from a lower quantum state , get the highest possible degree of quantum entanglement , which is the entanglement purification. We can use the cavity QED atomic entanglement purification. This paper outlines the role between atoms and cavity field dynamic process , and on this basis to achieve a two- atom and three atom entanglement purification. Expressed with the density matrix in the form containing the purified factor, extreme purification factor was analyzed to obtain the atomic resonance with the cavity field in case of entanglement . Time- evolution of the density matrix diagonalization of the time- space basis vectors entanglement entropy were discussed to find sharpens its purification factor as large as possible , but also make with this entanglement purification factor is at or near maximum entanglement time evolution of a particular state .
