Abstract


Research about eco-civilization is a popular concerned problem theoretically and realistically at present, which come from people’s reflection of global ecological crisis. Ecological crisis stems from the contradictions of both the relationship between man and nature and that between man and man, and a model of thinking of subject-object dual opposites. The rise of eco-civilization is a new form of human civilization as well as an advanced system. It has a great significance in the change of economic development, environmental protection and the ecological living,which is the self-reflection and self-transcending of the traditionally industrial civilization and the respect and honor of return of operation of natural law.The Marxist theory of eco-civilization countryside has rich connotation. From the basic theory of epistemology, the production practice is Integration of Purpose & Law. The relation between human beings and nature shows the relation between social production and nature. Looking from the historical perspective, eco-civilization is a specific mode of production, according with the civilized form of social development. From the perspective of institution, the capitalist system is the main social causes of ecological crisis, and the interpersonal relations among different stakeholders are the basis of eco-civilization. From the perspective of value,eco-values is an ecological holism and including the spirt of environment ethnics.The Marxist theory of ecological civilization gives an great impact on traditional concept of human development, including the transition from traditional development outlook to the scientific concept of development, from traditional practice theory to the Marxist view of praxis, from traditional ethnics to environment ethnics.The construction of eco-civilization is a systematic project, including the material culture, behavioral culture, system culture and spiritual culture, which also in line with the basic concept of scientific development concept. On the institutional level, the authority should establish and improve the national eco-compensation mechanism, set up environmental litigation for public welfare, and carry out system of environmental impact assessment. On the economic level, the authority should develop a cyclic economy establish, execute cleaning produce, so as to bring about an industrial pattern with energy efficiency and eco-environmental conservation.On the cultural level, the construction of eco-civilization should be carried out in building up the correct environmental idea with the harmonious development between human and naturety,developing the ideas of the harmonious coexistence of man, nature and society and improving ecological awareness of the citizens. On the cultural level, we will encourage the public to consciously opt for green consumption and actively, improve human settlements construction, and promote civil participation.Ecological problems have a direct bearing on human destiny and the sustainable development of both environment and the mankind. Therefore, research on the theory and practice of eco-civilization in Marxism possesses the important theoretical and real significance in building up the all-around, harmonious and continual development point, persisting in the organically unification of economic benefit, ecological benefit and social benefit accelerating man to develop himself in all sides and make quite great and healthy progress.
