Abstract


The Digital medical and health information is the important development direction in the field ofmedical health in present, from this, the electronic medical records and related technology research andapplication in recent years have been rapid development. As one of the core content of the medicalinformation, Electronic medical records become a hot research topic in recent years, and as a representsit will be an important direction of the health information technology in future.In the field of Electronic medical records, the structuration and standardization is the key problem,the structuration is the prerequisite that the computer can be handled, and the standardization is thenecessary of the interoperability and sharing of information security. The standard and applicatedresearch of the electronic medical record will be depended on the degree of how to solve these twoproblems.The data which is generated by the structured electronic medical records is convenient for themedical mining and extraction in future, also it is the effective way to use of valuable data resources.But before this, the hospital has accumulated a large amount of unstructured electronic medical recorddata, and these unstructured electronic medical records cannot be retrieval effectively, the mainlyfunction is record the paper based information to the electronic one and in this way it has the functionsof record, storage, and read. So the unstructured document contains a lot of medical information whichcannot be effectively used, and this causes the waste of resources seriously. In previous studies, it is rareto utilize the documents and processing efficiency, it is hard to be used in a real environment. Therefore,the purpose of this thesis is to find a way to change the unstructured method into structured electronicmedical records efficiently, in order to provide valuable data for clinical data warehouse.First, in the entirety we will analysis the representing method and the technology of the electronicmedical record, master its characteristics and key points. Second, EMR analyzes the standardization andstructured problem which is in the clinical document of the electronic medical records. For improvingthe standardization, the EMR will be a unified element library. This has established the clinicaldocument in the computer processing and analysis. Finally, basing on the EMR shown method andtechnical characteristics, we design a set a method which is changed from of unstructured EMR intostructured EMR.This thesis has supplied a method for changing the unstructured EMR into structured EMR, andalso at same time, provided a reference or suggestion for the digital medical and other unstructureddocument processing problems in the medical information research.
