Abstract


After the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, China entry into sports power country after the transformation of the Olympic period, the system of competitive sports in China will face a new round of reform and innovation. It should has the important practical significance for structuring accord with the background of the competitive sports in China, the new target model system of competitive sports in China further realize the continuous, healthy and stable development.By Literature, logic analysis, comparative analysis and case analysis and other methods,With the new institutional economics system based on the theory and system change, through the system reform of the cost and benefit analysis,we face the reality of competitive sports in China, analysis further the system of competitive sports in China part of the success of the system and the existing problems,and profoundly and system research goal model of construction and the realization, the Olympic period after the system of competitive sports in China, come to the conclusion:(1)After the Olympic period, the scientific development will replace gold medal first goal orientation is popular question and gradually been abandoned the development of competitive sports in China;(2)After the Olympic period, the Olympic gold medal to rouse national spirit, improve and enhance national cohesion of China’s international influence political benefit greatly reduce of competitive sports in China, system reform will seek increase of the main body of the non-governmental economic benefits, and reduce the government assumes system by the cost of reform. And the realization of this goal, the future of the system of competitive sports in China have to break the target model of the current state of the "leading whole-nation system, promote the sports socialization and marketization process, gradually to the country and social common management of competitive sports combination model system;(3)The Olympic period after combination model system of competitive sports in China should construct goal mode of stage. In the short term, should choose the combination of government management as the type; And in the long run, it can gradually transition to the social management as the combination of the type;(4)After the Olympic period, China’s competitive sports type system combined with the goal model of content system training system and diversified by diversified event system formed;(5)The Olympic period after of competitive sports in China with the goal of type system model to achieve by way of the central government shall be top-down enforcement push type way to break path dependence. In order to ensure that new and old system cohesion smoothly, and shall also have to step forward, gradual of competitive sports in China of the whole system reform and innovation. And to some do not affect overall situation of the special sports system reform, can take the reform of the radical way.
