Abstract

Gibel carp species, the test compound probiotics added to the basic bait by Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bacillus subtilis, compound probiotics on Allogynogenetic crucian carp growth, nutrition apparent digestibility, immune function, intestinal digestive activity of the intestinal flora, aims to provide a theoretical basis for reasonable match between the strains. Test probiotics affect the different crucian carp growth and nutrient digestibility test chosen 720 different crucian carp, were randomly divided into nine groups, each group with four replications, each repeated 20 fish feeding Lactobacillus acidophilus (1.60 × 109cfu/kg, 3.20 × 109cfu/kg, 4.80 × 109cfu/kg) and brewer's yeast (6.40 × 109cfu/kg, 9.60 x 109cfu/kg, 1.28 × 1010cfu/kg) Bacillus subtilis (3.50 × 109cfu/kg, 1.05 × 1010cfu/kg, 1.75 × 1010cfu/kg) three single probiotic preparations into nine kinds of compound probiotics L9 (34) orthogonal design method of preparation, the breeding cycle of 60d the measured allogynogenetic silver crucian carp growth and apparent digestibility indicators. The results show that: ○ three test different carp growth of probiotics on the impact of the order: Beer Yeast gt; the Bacillus subtilis gt; Lactobacillus acidophilus, and brewer's yeast reached a very significant level (P lt; 0.01 ○ 2 three test bacteria feed conversion rates influence order), when its dosage 1.28 × 1010cfu/kg bait when the rate of weight gain and specific growth rate was significantly higher than the other two test level (P lt; 0.05); : beer yeast gt; the Bacillus subtilis gt; Lactobacillus acidophilus; beer yeast and Bacillus subtilis reached a very significant impact on the feed conversion ratio (P lt; 0.01) or a significant level (P lt; 0.05); When S. cerevisiae dosage of 1.28 × 1010cfu/kg, Bacillus subtilis as the 3.50 × 109cfu/kg feed conversion ratio was lower than the other test levels; ○ 3 three experimental factors affect the sequence for the protein digestibility and dry matter apparent digestibility : beer yeast gt; the Lactobacillus acidophilus gt; Bacillus subtilis, the order of apparent digestibility of phosphorus: Beer yeast gt; Bacillus subtilis gt; Lactobacillus acidophilus, Saccharomyces cerevisiae apparent digestibility of phosphorus rate and dry matter apparent digestibility affect significantly (P lt; 0.01 or P lt; 0.05). Test probiotics different carp blood part of the immune indicators the test bait as well as experimental treatments with the test, the end of the trial, the determination of some immune indexes. The test results show that: beer yeast serum lysozyme have reached a significant level (P lt; 0.01), Bacillus subtilis lysozyme reached significant level (P lt; 0.01); various tests with bacteria of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) was not significant; Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bacillus subtilis serum alkaline phosphatase have reached a very significant level (P lt; 0.01). Test three probiotics Allogynogenetic crucian carp intestinal enzyme activity affect the test bait and test process test, the end of the feeding experiment measured before Allogynogenetic crucian carp after intestinal tissue amylase activity, lipase activity and protease activity. Result: ○ somas amylase activity in the intestinal strongest and weakest foregut lipase front to turn weakened protease activity is based on the strongest midgut, hindgut weakest; ○ 2 three trials of probiotics before Allogynogenetic crucian carp, after bowel amylase, lipase and protease have varying degrees of impact. Test four probiotics affect the intestinal flora of different carp test control group for natural stocking fish, the test group with the test, Determination of the different carp intestinal contents yeast, lactic acid bacteria, Bacillus, colon bacilli, and Aeromonas number. The results show that: the compound probiotics on the the different carp intestinal yeast, lactic acid bacteria and Bacillus quantity can significantly improve inhibit the growth of E. coli gas Aeromonas.
