Abstract


Along with the promotion of new technology revolution, politics and economics in theworld have undertaken profound social reformation, and human society has enteredinformation time as well. Catering to the impetus from the impetus of world’s information,many media are now engaged themselves in improvement. Practice shows that competition isthe forceful power to promote TV programs’ innovation, development, vigor and liveliness.Hence, most of the TV program workers are now probing new thoughts to make moreimprovement and achievements based on their own advantages. The major advantage intele-news lies in its vivid presentation of scenes, faithful events and characters. To set up abrand, news reports have to devote themselves to detailed description. Tele-news reports needto utilize those detailed descriptions to improve transmission efficiency, unfold characters’inner emotions and make lively sense. As for the selection and capture of brilliant details oftele-news news workers are supposed to make the details full of humanistic cares besidessolid elemental profession qualities. If tele-news becomes vivid because of event spots scenes,the details will make the scenes more shining and colorful. Good application of detaileddescription will combine details with general plots and make news characters and events morefaithful and lively, fulfilling news reports with expressive and influential powers so as toperform the function in public opinion monitor and information propagation in the real sense.
