Abstract


With the climate problem is increasingly serious, the international community graduallyreaches to consensus on climate security. We have no choice but to develop low-carboneconomic. Low-carbon development has been becoming a new trend. Low-carbon logistics asa modern mode which considering both the environmental impact and self-development isbased on this background. This mode tries to seek a development pattern, which can realizeenergy saving and emission reducing as well as environmental coordinating of logisticssystem. Low-carbon development of the logistics industry is a systemic problem, which is notonly a technical issue but also a management problem. Low-carbon development of logisticsindustry demands to answer a series of scientific questions, such as the reason why logisticsindustry exhaust carbon so high, the factors which affect the logistics industry carbon emission,the degree of the impact of these factors; and the way to realize low-carbon development.Based on these issues, this article attempts to offer advices and suggestions from the specificconditions of the logistics industry in Jiangxi Province.Firstly, this paper is based on the analysis of current situation of logistics. it introducesthe measurement of carbon emission, and then calculates the carbon emissions according tothe energy consumption of logistics industry in Jiangxi Province year by year, fits the carbonemissions and the temporal data of logistics industry production. According to the result offitting curve and regression analysis, the paper uses EKC model to analyse the currentsituation and trend of logistics industry carbon emissions in Jiangxi Province. Secondly,LMDI method is applied to analyse the carbon emissions from four factors, includingproduction scale，energy structure，energy efficiency and the intensity of carbon emissions.Moreover, based on the formal reason, this paper analyzes the main affectional factors of highcarbon emission of logistics industry in Jiangxi Province, put forward the research hypotheses,checks the hypotheses by building a path analysis model, and calculates the path coefficients,including the dierect and indirect as well as total coefficients, according to the aboveconclusion, this paper analyzes the influencial mechanism of high carbon emissions oflogistics industry in Jiangxi Province. Finally, this paper, according to the analysis of currentsituation and influential factors, discusses the countermeasures of low carbon development ofthe logistics industry in Jiangxi province.
