Abstract


Land is not only an important resource but also a component part of a nation. In our country land issues are concerned by the Party and the State. Land disputes and the settlement of land disputes is an important part of the management of the State. Resolving land disputes is not only one of the management which the State agencies use to settle the parties when there is a conflict in process of land use. However, it involves many complicated problems which are related to legal and social relations, direct influence on the interest of the organizations and individuals.Nowadays, in Vietnam, land disputes occur with different degree and situation in almost localities of the country. Ninh thuan is a central coastal province, a newly established one, so the land management issues are still inadequate. In this tractate, land disputes in Ninh thuan province is an object of the research in order to adjust profits and complicated relations in land issues, resolve the disagreement in citizens, and build wealthy citizen, powerful country, and democratic civilizable equal society.From the situations of land disputes and the settlement of land disputes in Ninh Thuan province, we have carried out investigating, analyzing the causes to the land disputes. Besides we also analyze and evaluate the achievement as well as difficulties in the process of resolving land disputes.From the fact of land disputes in Ninh Thuan province, the tractate gives some suggestions to resolve land dispute issue. The first suggestion is reforming reconciliation. The second one is increasing administrative power. The third one is dividing the power to resolve disputes in the admistrative office and the court, make criteria, objects and subjects. And the last one is paying attention to the dissemination of the law and improves the capacity of staffs who are assigned power to solve land disputes.
