Abstract


Land is a priceless natural resource, is a special production is an important ingredient of the living environment, neighborhoods, economic infrastructure, social and cultural peace, defense of the distribution of land. Also the most valuable human asset. In Vietnam, the land plays a significant role in the process of national socio-economic development, especially according to the direction of socialist market economy, land is the internal resources of the modern, industrial era of economic development.This paper describes the law on land management, and analysis of the actual management of the evaluation of land, which put forward the view answer and enhance the longevity of land management, as well as nationwide coverage area of land management. The first part describes the theories of the State management of land, including the need for the concept, characteristics of the national management of land, the state management of land and management. The second part illustrates the the Fushou State management of land status and the problems. The third section presents the improve Fushou provincial management of the land work efficiency measures.Fushou province in the run process, management can not meet the requirements of social life, national issues in the management of land yet full and strict implementation, there are still many errors at in the process of implementation of land law is not able to overcome and so on. Contributed to the management of the issues raised above in longevity Province, according to market mechanisms of land multi-component economy. State management according to the socialist orientation a higher level of use of land, there are more benefits. The topic on the national management longevity land issues is necessary to have a great significance in theory and practice.
