Objective: coronary heart disease in patients with liver X receptor α (liver X receptorα of LXRα)-115A (rs12221497) and-6A (rs11039155) loci polymorphism analysis to explore the two sites of the gene polymorphism and coronary heart disease The clinical significance of the relationship and genetic mechanisms of the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease in Chinese Han population. Methods: single fluorescently labeled probe technology to detect single nucleotide polymorphisms of 243 cases of coronary heart disease patients and normal control group of 256 cases of liver X receptor α gene-115A-6A sites. Simultaneous determination of two samples triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), fasting blood glucose (FBG) biochemical markers . Results: (1) LXR? 115A (rs12221497) GG homozygotes detected three genotypes AA homozygotes, GA heterozygotes; LXR? 6A (rs11039155) only detected a genotype: GG homozygotes. (2) LXR? 115a (rs12221497) locus genotypes between the coronary heart disease group and the control group than the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05), CHD group GA AA genotypes and A allele frequencies in the control group (P lt; 0.05 and P lt; 0.01). CHD risk genotype AA and GA genotype was 1.732 times the GG genotype (P lt; 0.05). The the the CHD group-115A-bit point A allele frequency was significantly higher (P lt; 0.01), the disease odds ratio (OR) was 1.81 (95% CI: 1.15 ~~ 2.85). (3)-be sorted ascending Can be sorted ascending Can be sorted ascending Can be sorted bit genotype and serum lipids and fasting blood glucose analysis: TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, FBG GA AA genotype and GG genotype showed no statistical significance (P gt; 0.05 ). (4) the relationship between the-115A polymorphism in patients with coronary heart disease and coronary heart disease risk factors and coronary artery lesions: GA AA and GG genotype TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, of ??FBG, body mass index ( BMI) showed no significant statistical significance (P gt; 0.05) between the two groups of high blood pressure, diabetes, smoking history, gender composition than no obvious statistical significance (P gt; 0.05) in patients with coronary heart disease diseased vessels number of classification, two, three (left main coronary artery disease equivalent to three lesions) as multivessel disease, GA AA and GG genotypes in patients with coronary heart disease between single-vessel disease and multivessel disease group genotype distribution was no significant difference ( P gt; 0.05), coronary angiography in patients with vascular stenosis for CADi ratings GA AA genotype in patients with coronary score (44.17 ± 17.66), while GG genotype coronary score (44.21 ± 18.26) The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P gt; 0.05). (5) coronary heart disease risk factors Logistic regression analysis:-be sorted ascending Can be sorted ascending Can be sorted ascending Can be sorted bit of allele A-be sorted ascending Can be sorted ascending Can be sorted ascending Can be sorted bit allele carriers suffering from coronary heart disease is an independent risk factor for coronary heart disease, the risk ratio was 1.83 (P lt; 0.05 , 95% CI: 1.02 ~ 3.31). Conclusion: The liver X receptor α-115A (rs12221497) loci gene single nucleotide polymorphism is independently associated with coronary heart disease genetic susceptibility of Chinese Han population.
