Abstract

This paper mainly uses the case analysis of the empirical method, with Fangda carbon company as object of study, to study the financial strategy, the implementation of performance evaluation, based on the existing strategic management theory and combining with practical work experience, from the Fangda carbon corporation financial strategy point of view, put forward Fangda carbon company financial strategy implementation appraisal index system and makes a summary.This paper is structured as follows:The first chapter is the introduction. Mainly states the research background and significance, domestic and international literature review, research ideas and methods. The second chapter is the related theories. First of business strategy and financial strategy of concept explanation; second on the relations between enterprise strategy and financial strategy were analyzed; finally is to the SWOT analysis theory, the theory of strategy management, the financial strategy theory, the theory of core competence are reviewed. The third chapter is on enterprise financial strategy influencing factors were analyzed, on strategic environment carries on the system analysis, including the external environment and internal environment. External environment including economic environment, political and legal environment, social culture environment, policy environment, technology environment, internal environment including enterprise resource, intangible resources and physical resources division and industrial competitiveness (five-force model) analysis, and then through the SWOT analysis method to large charcoal company in carbon industry has the advantage, disadvantage and the the facing opportunities and threats. The fourth chapter is the other large carbon company financial strategy decision analysis.; Other large carbon corporation financial strategy framework was introduced, including company background, financial status, the status of financial management, financial and strategic planning and analysis. The fifth chapter is the other large carbon company’s financial strategy implementation to do an evaluation, mainly analyzes the large carbon company investment strategy and financing strategy evaluation. Investment strategies including the investment scale, investment efficiency evaluation, financing strategies include financing, financing structure and dividend distribution evaluation, finally make a general evaluation. The sixth chapter is the conclusion.This paper from the perspective of enterprise financial strategy, it has very important research value. The first is the strategy management theory, core competitiveness; development strategy and financial strategy of enterprise combination, not only can promote the development of the theory of financial strategy, but also for the modern enterprise financial management objectives provides a new direction. Financial strategy is still a relatively new field, but also for the vast number of scholars focus, financial to the enterprise strategy and competitive advantage of combination of more and have achieved some results, but the financial strategy and external environment with less research, whether in theory or in practice are not formed a perfect theoretical system. In actual work and life practice, through the enterprise financial strategy, one can improve enterprise to raise competition ability; on the other hand also can improve the response to change and development ability. Because the enterprise itself has the capacity is limited, but can be achieved by selecting suitable financial strategy, causes the enterprise to make full use of external resources, strengthen the adaptation to the external competition, in order to obtain the competitive advantages in the market. Therefore, the enterprise needs to transform the idea is to change the price competition thinking, with the financial strategy to improve the competitive ability of the enterprise and development.
